Service Policies:

  1. Our goal is to provide honest, fair and high-quality services to all customers. We offer 90-day warranty for all repaired items, including parts and labor. However, Jaydon Electronics will not be responsible for any damages due to abuse, misuse, or act of God. The 90-day warranty does not cover the components that are not within the scope of repair work conducted.

  2. Jaydon Electronics charges a non-refundable deposit of $100 to $150 for each item to be repaired at the drop-off (Excluding warranty items). It covers the technician's labor to conduct PRELIMINARY diagnosis and run research for the parts availability. Within 2-5 days, a repair quote will be presented to the customer. If accepted, the deposit will be deducted from the total repair estimate. However, the deposit will not be refunded in the event that the quote is rejected by the customer; there is nothing wrong with the item; or the item is beyond repair. 

  3. As part of the agreement, the customers are expected to pick up their repaired items within 30 days of notification, unless special arrangements have been made. 

  4. If repaired items are not picked up within 30 days of notification, they will be considered abandoned.
